Immigration / Customs Clearance (Inbound & Outbound)
Let us take away all your headaches - we can clear you in & out of Grenada!
As registered yacht agents with Grenada's Port Authority, we can act on your behalf and clear Customs and Immigration for you - both inbound and outbound. We come to your yacht, collect all your documents and information and then go to Clear you, then return all your documents when we are finished. You never have to step off your yacht. Click here to receive a list of everything that we need from you to clear Customs / Immigration, together with information on Grenada's H1N1 Protocol. It is important to contact us, in advance of your arrival, if you wish to use our Immigration / Customs Clearance services, as you are, strictly speaking, required to first visit a Port of Entry for Clearance. However, dependant on the size of your yacht, we may be able to obtain special permission for you to go straight to your berth and clear you in after docking.
If you intend on berthing in the Port of St. George, it is doubly imperative that you contact us in advance of your arrival, as there is a mandatory requirement for all vessels 200 gross tons and above to have a pilot from Grenada Ports Authority onboard upon entering and leaving the Port of St. George. Pilots require 24 hours notice in advance of the vessel's arrival and 3 hours in advance of the vessel's departure. We will request the pilot on your behalf and notify him of your arrival and departure times. We ask that you send us send us a copy of your Ships' Registration as soon as possible, together with your arrival information, so that we may complete the process for procuring you a pilot. Then, when you arrive outside of the Port of St. George, you can radio to "Grenada Pilot" or "Grenada Port Control" on VHF 16 to contact the pilot and let him know you are ready for him.
Important Note: once we have completed outbound Clearance for you, you have 24 hours to depart our waters. Similarly, upon entering our waters, you have 24 hours to be cleared into Grenada.
Also, ask us about our service that offers inbound and outbound Clearance from our sister island of Carriacou. Since Carriacou is nationally part of Grenada, once you clear in or out of Carriacou, you do not have to clear again in Grenada.

We will also need to know whether a Single-entry Visa or a Multiple-entry Visa will be required. A Single-entry Visa is only valid for three (3) months and costs $100 EC - the Single-entry Visa allows you only one entry in three months. A Multiple-entry Visa is valid for a year and costs $250 EC - the Multiple-entry Visa allows you unlimited entries in a year.
We can complete, & even sign, the form on behalf of your crew member(s), but we will need the actual passport for the visa to be stamped into. Once we have the visa applicant's passport (which we would need for Inbound Clearance anyway), we can get the visa issued and then complete the Inbound Clearance procedure (which cannot be completed until the relevant visas are issued).
