. We are Shore Solutions' local partner, and will take your order for Shore Solutions and land, clear and deliver your shipment straight to your boat.
Placing your Shore Solutions' order:
We will require a written copy of your order (see Contact Page for email and fax details). You may already have your menu exactly planned out and thus know exactly what you will need to order, or maybe the Shore Solutions' lists, below, can help in your menu planning / ordering.
Important Things to Note When Placing Your Order:
- Delivery Dates - obviously essential when placing your Shore Solutions' order with us, is your desired date(s) of delivery for your order(s). When considering your delivery date, please bear in mind that there are four flights per week from the UK to Grenada - Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and then either a Friday or Sunday (depending on the time of year).
- Minimum Order - 2,000 (pounds Sterling) or 3,000 (Euro) (excluding VAT and freight)
- Minimum Turnaround Time: 48 hours from when the order is received, to delivery
- New Customers: new clients will need to complete a Credit Agreement and provide a copy of the boat registration papers (for the purpose of VAT exempt invoices)
Confirmation of Your Order:
Upon receiving and reviewing your order, a member of the Shore Solutions UK team will contact you to discuss your order within a maximum of eight (8) hours, at which time delivery dates and times will also be confirmed. Once the Shore Solutions team allocates you an order number and starts to work on your order, orders cannot be cancelled without incurring costs.

Invoicing:
Your invoice from Shore Solutions (which includes freight) will be emailed to you, or the contact(s) you provide, within seven (7) days of dispatch of your order. Shore Solutions' terms of payment are strictly seven (7) days from date of delivery.
Our invoice, which includes the minimal Customs Service Charge for Clearance**, airline handling, truckage, customs' brokerage and our work (including all paper-work and organizing the relevant Health & Agriculture inspections) will be sent to you separately from Shore Solutions' invoice and will also include any other goods / services we may have provided for you.
** Note: Although your shipment is duty-free because you are a 'Yacht in Transit', you still have to pay a small Customs' Service Charge (CSC) because Customs has to 'handle' your order. This CSC is 2.5% for provisions (food & drinks), and 5% for interior items, of the invoice & freight total.
